Our take on a traditional Berliner Weiss (or “wheat”) sports a clean, lightly sour taste that is achieved by using a Lactobacillus culture in the brewing process. Not overbearing and with a sharp lemon taste (in addition to the pineapple and mango), this beer can quench a thirst any time of year but is really great as a hot summertime drink.
