Full Barrel Room Deposit

Our Full Barrel Room Rental can accommodate up to 100 people.

  • The Barrel Room rental rates outlined below include rental space for three (3) hour events.
  • The rental space will be available 1 hour before the scheduled event time for setup.
  • Any need for additional time must be agreed upon in advance.
    *Additional time can be added to your event for $75/hour during normal operating hours.
    *Additional time outside of normal operating hours can be added at the rate of $300 per hour.

Reminder: This is the 50% deposit required to secure a date.

Description

This deposit is 100% refundable up to 14 days prior to the event. If the event is cancelled within two weeks of the date, the deposit may be redeemed in the form of a “store credit” or gift card, redeemable for everything from brewery merchandise, beer, or deposit for a future event.

The balance on your room rental will be due at the end of your event.
– Payment can be made by Credit Card or Cash. We do not accept personal checks.
– We require a credit card to hold throughout the course of the event, for incidentals as well as to secure payment at the close of the party
